My name is D'aun Mccaffrey, in 1980 my Husband Michael opened Northlake fence and deck at Northlake shopping center in the Lake Highland Suburb in Dallas. Lots of things have changed since that time. In the early eighties we installed chain link and stockade fences. Then in the nineties most home owners wanted their privacy so board on board and automatic access gates were the hot item. We are very familiar with automatic gate installations, Michael manufactured and installed wrought iron fencing and automatic gates for hundreds of apartment communities in the Metroplex.
Along with fences, decks, and automatic gates we also install retaining walls, arbors, gazebo's and ornamental iron. We provide a pre stain treatment by dipping the wood in a preservative. We place the wood in a drying room to remove 80% of the moisture and then we dip it for total absorption. This product works so well we offer a three year warranty. You have six color choices to complement your homes exterior.
Michael and I are very active in every installation, from our first meeting when you receive your quote to the final walk through upon completion of your project. Michael's experience allows him to offer continuous training to our seasoned carpenters. We include an excellent ten year warranty on all of our contracts and after 27 years I can assure you we will be here to take care of your outdoor improvements.
