Northlake fence and deck opened in 1980 at the Northlake shopping center in Lake Highlands, we moved to Richardson 19 years ago and have been at the same location since.

In the early eighties we installed chain link and stockade fences.  In the nineties homeowners wanted their privacy, board on board and automatic access gates became the new standard.  Over the years we have remained current with the most durable and updated products.

Along with fences, decks, and automatic gates, we also install retaining walls (stone and concrete), trellis's and ornamental iron.  We provide a pre stain treatment by dipping the wood in a preservative for total absorption.  We dry the wood before we dip it which allows loose knots to fall out and/or split,  those boards go into the recycling bin and not on your fence.  This product works so well we offer a two year warranty.  You have seven color choices to complement your homes exterior (pre stain is optional).
